Infrastructure costs for additional well applications

Dear developers,

On 8 May 2018 during the 14^th GRMF Oversight Committee, it was decided that developers with awarded drilling programmes of Application Round 1 to 4, and with plans to apply for an additional well under the GRMF, now also can include eligible costs for infrastructure upgrades in the additional well application. The costs for infrastructure upgrades that are related to the additional well have not been considered as eligible in the previous application forms for the additional well.
