The African Union Commission will Launch the 2nd GRMF HEAT Application Round on 17th July 2024.

Dear Geothermal Enthusiast,

We are pleased to announce the kick-off for the 2^nd GRMF HEAT application round on 17^th July 2024 during the Kenya Geothermal Congress at the Nairobi Safari Park Hotel & Casino in Nairobi, Kenya

After a successful first application round for GRMF HEAT, which was concluded in February 2024, the African Union Commission with its donors decided to launch a second application round, to provide further funding for geothermal direct-use projects.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) documents will be available online from 10^th July 2024.

Participation in the event is not obligatory to submit an EoI.

Submission deadline for Expression of Interest will be 13^th November 2024.
